Site access is via Langham Lane and Old House Lane only ("A"). There is a locked gate (combination lock) approximately 400m from Langham
Lane marked "B".
We have no right of access from Boxted Straight
Road.
Drive slowly past the two houses at the start of the lane and obey the 10mph
speed limit.

This gate must be locked at all times unless there are farm vehicles active. If you open this gate,
ensure it is locked behind you.
The car park is a hard stand just beyond the gate.
Do not drive past this point!
You may find on occasions farm machinery or Sugar Beet stored here. Always
leave enough room for a tractor or, during harvest, a combine harvester to get past.
Just beyond the car park, on the right , is a farm track leading
to the lake.
