If you wish to apply for membership please download the application form (MS Office Document) and email the completed form to membership@cptac.co.uk

The Membership Secretary will contact you either by post or e-mail to advise you when a vacancy arises. There may be a waiting list so membership cannot be guaranteed in the year you apply.

Membership Fees

Senior (age 16-64) Full & Associate Members £60.00 pa
Senior Concession (age 65+) £45.00 pa

Payment by cheque. Please read this!

Due to a number of bad cheques being presented to your club last year we will no longer accept 3rd party cheques. In plain english if the cheque isn't a personal account cheque in the name of the member presenting it, we will not accept it.
If a member's cheque is returned by the bank unpaid, that member will be immediately suspended until the full fees and bank charges levied by the bank are paid.

Postal Applications:

Each applicant must send the following:

Membership Photo Card
Valid EA Rod Licence or clear photocopy
Appropriate fees (see above regarding payment by cheque)
Completed form sent out in your renewal letter
9 x 5 (DL) Stamped Addressed Envelope.

Please note that Night Fishing Permits will not be issued after you have renewed your Membership or accepted an invitation to join.

Guest Tickets

Tickets cost £5 per day and are only available by post from the nominated sellers shown below.

Tickets must be purchased in advance. No tickets are sold on the bank.

Only one guest per member per day.

Guest tickets are available from 1st July 2011

Guest tickets are not available for The Match Pit or Lawrence Lake.

Guest tickets are not available for night sessions.

Tickets for more than one date can be requested in any application. They can be for any advance date in the current season.

No refunds for unused tickets will be given.

Fishing is not permitted unless the ticket is available for inspection on the water(site).

Tickets can only be sent to or collected by the purchasing member who must provide:

The requesting member's name and membership number
The guest's name and address
The name of the water that they intend fishing
A stamped addressed envelope if applying by post
A cheque made payable to C.P. & T.A.C. Cash may be paid when collecting tickets.

The purchasing member must remain with the guest at all times while on-site.

The ticket permits the holder to fish from dawn to dusk on the stated day only.

The guest must be in possession of a valid E.A. rod licence.

Failure to produce ticket or E.A. Licence on request will result in the guest be asked to leave the site.

Guest Ticket Sellers

Ticket collection only by prior arrangement. Please phone only in "social hours" else the facility will be withdrawn. Tickets may also be obtained in advance by postal application

Night Tickets( Dusk to Dawn)

The following instructions are for the new night ticket arrangement. The policy is the same as it was last year except there is no need to send in cheques. Either scheme must be purchased when you renew your membership. They will not be available at any other time.

There are two schemes.

A £30 Season Pass .This allows the member to fish whenever space allows. We will try and give each member at least one weekend session a month. Weekend and midweek sessions are bookable a month in advance. This scheme also allows for mid week bookings at short notice. You can ring 24hrs before your intended session commences to see if there is space on any of the waters. As before you are limited to a 48hr session with no return to that water for 48hrs.
A £10 Three Session Ticket. This will allow you to fish up to 3 24hr sessions a season. You can only buy one of the short session passes per season. The same booking arrangements apply as in 1 above.
Concessions are not available for these tickets.

When the club knows the number of tickets sold it may be possible to cater for more sessions a month. The aim is to offer members as much night fishing as space permits. We shall have 4 bailiffs checking licenses. You may well be checked during the hours of darkness. Please co-operate with them as it is in all members interest that we police the waters to deter poaching.

Booking A Night Session

You will book in by texting your request of dates.

Your text MUST PROVIDE YOUR NAME and MEMBERSHIP NUMBER WHICH IS ON THE REVERSE OF YOUR LICENCE.
