Comment Regarding Fish Movement and Restocking.

We seem to have a "Chinese Whispers" situation growing regarding movement of Carp and other fish within the club. This probably originated from the AGM when various possibilities were voiced.

At this time no fish have been moved or new fish stocked in any water.

The carp stock level of each water has been assessed and the possible e of a few mid- doubles from Langham and Lawrence Lake to the Match Pit has been discussed. Other than that, we hope to add a new stock of Roach to Tinnevelds late Autumn to see if our restoration work has been productive. Langham has a high stock level of fish which was put in danger when the water level dropped 2-3 feet last summer so it is sensible to look at the best ways of preventing a fish kill due to de-oxygenation.

Any fish stocking plan that is agreed by the Committee will posted on this website.
